Although this is a national & international registered research journal but in any case or circumstances if any University/College/Institute/Society refuses to recognise author's/ research scholar's published work in the journal, then author(s) will be responsible for it and it will not be the responsibility of Editor, Editorial Board, Publisher or Subject Experts.

Publishing Ethics

The publication of an article in a reputed journal is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors, and helps him to earn a respectable position in the knowledge network. It is therefore essential to abide with the standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing. Plagiarism being a grave crime,authors must also be aware of plagiarism and copyright. Researches show how plagiarism can disturb an author’s esteem, even after years.

Authors are requested to follow submission rule as specified:

Types of Submission:

The journal publishes the following types of contribution:

1. Full-length articles/ Research Papers

2. Case studies

3. Reviews of books not more than five years old

4. Review articles on new books

5. Short, free-form squibs and discussion notes

6. Replies and rejoinders, and

7. Brief book notices

  • Quotations:

Quotations (if any) should be quoted in "double" quotation marks; Only English conventions are to be used, and any 'Continental' (German, French, etc.) styles should be avoided. Words/ Expressions from other languages, and specific words can be italicized. For special-purpose emphasis, underlining is highly recommended.

  • Length of Full Manuscript:

The length of paper, including the abstract and references preferably should be in between 2500-3500 words.

  • Length and Content of Abstract:

Each paper must have an abstract within 150-250 words and it should present the objectives, research design, major findings and implications of the research paper. The abstract must be placed on the top of the Paper and not to be attached separately.

  • Key Words:

Immediately after the abstract, ideally a maximum of five to six keywords should be provided, avoiding general and plural terms (avoid, also using "and", "of" etc). Using the abbreviations should be done very wisely and abbreviations firmly grounded only may be used, if indispensable. These keywords are used for indexing purposes.

  • Author Names and Affiliations:

Each Paper submission must have a separate Cover Page mentioning clearly the Title of the paper, Names of Author(s), Organization, Affiliation/Position(s), Address, E-mail,Sub-areas and Submission Type.

  • Manuscript Page Setup:

  • Margins: 25.4 mm (1 in.) top, 25.4 mm (1 in.) left; 25.4 mm (1 in.) bottom, 25.4 mm (1 in.) right.
  • Font (typeface): Times New Roman, 12 points.
  • Numbering: Insert page numbers at lower middle of each page;
  • Text Spacing: 1.15
  • First -Level Sub-head: All capitals, boldface on separate line
  • Second-Level Sub-head: Initial capitals, boldface on separate line
  • Table and Figures must be numbered serially and that must correlate with the text.
  • Paper Writing Sequence:

The following norms of writing research papers are suggestive. Authors are free to adopt other contemporary/advanced structure:

  • The title of the paper must be in between10-14 words and in 15 points.
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Overview of Literature
  • Research Objectives
  • Research Questions or Hypotheses (if any)
  • Research Methodology (Coverage, Data Collection and Data Analysis and Interpretation etc.)
  • Results and Discussions
  • Conclusion and Implications
  • References.

  • Referencing Style:

The referencing style should be in American Psychological Association (APA) 6 th Edition Format.

  • Appendices:

In case of more than one appendix, they should be identified as A, B, and so on.Formulae and equations in appendices should be given separate numbering and similarly to be observed for tables and figures.

  • Web References:

IIt is highly recommended to provide the complete URL along with the date when the reference/ site was last accessed. Any further information, (if known) should also be given accordingly. Web references should be included in the reference list, or can be listed separately under a different heading if desired.

  • Submission Declaration:

Submission of an article requires submission of certificate of originality and that it has not been published previously anywhere. It implies also that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in any form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the copyright-holder.
